Member Services: January Call Volume & Flex Card Reminder

As a reminder, call volumes are higher than normal this month, and wait times may be longer than usual. January is traditionally a high-volume month, and ATRIO Member Service is now handling all Flex Card–related calls, which has added to overall volume.

💳 Important Flex Card Reminder

Before escalating any Flex Card issues, please confirm that the member is using the correct card:

  • NEW White MasterCardCorrect Flex Card

  • 2025 Green VisaNot valid for current Flex Card benefits

At this time, there are no reports of members being unable to activate their Flex Cards.

🛒 Item Denials

We have received reports of minor item denials (example: Tums). Our teams are actively reviewing these items and working quickly to update approval codes where allowable.
