As a reminder, call volumes are higher than normal this month, and wait times may be longer than usual. January is traditionally a high-volume month, and ATRIO Member Service is now handling all Flex Card–related calls, which has added to overall volume.
Before escalating any Flex Card issues, please confirm that the member is using the correct card:
✅ NEW White MasterCard – Correct Flex Card
❌ 2025 Green Visa – Not valid for current Flex Card benefits
At this time, there are no reports of members being unable to activate their Flex Cards.
We have received reports of minor item denials (example: Tums). Our teams are actively reviewing these items and working quickly to update approval codes where allowable.
