ATRIO Health Plans is providing notice of an important update to our Commission Schedule, effective January 1, 2026. This Commission Schedule Amendment (“Amendment”) modifies and supersedes any prior agreements between ATRIO Health Plans (“Plan”) and the contracted Agent or Agency (“Producer”) regarding commission payments, and is incorporated into your current Agreement. These updates align with CMS guidelines and reflect adjustments by county to support long-term market sustainability.

The 2026 Commission Amendment has been included below for your review. An updated Commission Overview, can be located under the Commissions link on the footer of GrowATRIO, that will provide examples of pro-rated initial enrollments. Agencies should also refer to their agent-level contracts, which can be located in EvolveNXT.
