Plans.
Dear Klamath County Agents,
We want to inform you of some upcoming changes to commissions for ATRIO Health Plans
in Klamath County, effective January 1, 2025. (Does not apply to D-SNP plans)
Key Changes:
Commission Rate: For the period from January 1, 2025 - April 1, 2025, plan effective dates,
commissions for MAPD/MA ONLY plans will be $50 per new enrollment.
Impacted Plans:
- ATRIO Choice Rx PPO (H6743-001)
- ATRIO Prime Rx PPO (H6743-030)
- ATRIO Freedom PPO (H6743-031)
- ATRIO Select Rx HMO (H3814-031)
Return to Regular Commission Rate: Beginning for May 1, 2025 effective plans and beyond,
commissions will revert to the highest commissionable rate.
Additional Details:
- Renewals: Commissions for renewals will continue to be paid at the highest
commissionable rate of $313 and will remain unchanged throughout the Annual Election
Period (AEP).
- Overrides: Overrides will not be paid for January 1, 2025 - April 1, 2025 eective date plans.
- D-SNP Plans: There are no changes to commissions for enrollments on D-SNP plans in
Klamath county.

Yes, effective May 1, 2025, the commission rates will return to the highest
commissionable rate for new enrollments.
- How does this impact renewals?
Commissions for renewals will continue to be paid at the highest commissionable rate of
$313 beginning in 2025 and will not be affected by this change.
- Are there any changes to overrides?
Yes, overrides will not be paid from January 1, 2025 - April 1, 2025.
- Does this change affect D-SNP plan enrollments?
No, there are no changes to commissions for enrollments on D-SNP plans.

ATRIO fully intends to continue paying commissions, including overrides and renewals,
for all 1/1/25–4/1/25 effective plans as usual in 2026. However, given the evolving nature of
the Medicare landscape and potential regulatory changes, we cannot make absolute
guarantees until we have full clarity on future guidelines. Rest assured, we are committed
to keeping you informed and will ensure transparency as we approach the 2026 plan year.
