Hello Agents,

ATRIO Health Plans is providing notice of an important update to our 2026 Commission Schedule, applicable only to Marion and Polk Counties.

This Commission Schedule Amendment (“Amendment”), effective November 1, 2026, modifies and supersedes any prior agreements between ATRIO Health Plans (“Plan”) and the contracted Agent or Agency (“Producer”) regarding commission payments, and is incorporated into your current Agreement. These updates align with CMS guidelines and reflect adjustments by county to support long-term market sustainability.

What’s Changing

• Beginning November 1, 2025, new business commissions in Marion and Polk Counties will become non-commissionable for applications with January 1, 2026, effective dates and beyond.
• ATRIO will honor applications submitted through October 31, 2025, with January 1, 2026 effective dates, at the standard 2026 commission pro-rate.
• Renewals remain unchanged. Agents will continue to receive renewal commissions on existing members in these counties according to the published 2026 renewal schedule.

Why the Change
This update supports ATRIO’s evolving 2026 market strategy and aligns with current market trends and CMS guidance. These adjustments help ensure the long-term sustainability of our product portfolio while maintaining fair recognition for agents who have already written business ahead of the effective date.
