We want to make you aware of an important network change for the 2026 plan year.

Asante hospitals and providers will not be part of ATRIO’s contracted network beginning January 1, 2026. As a Medicare Advantage plan, we are required to notify impacted members. Because this change may influence member decisions during AEP, ATRIO leadership has approved sending an initial notification now.

Members in Jackson and Josephine counties will begin receiving letters the week of November 3, 2025.

You will find a copy of the member communication letter attached for your awareness and reference.

Please use the key points below when responding to member inquiries:

• Asante hospitals and providers will not be in-network for 2026.
• Members will continue to receive emergency or urgently needed services at Asante at in-network cost-share rates.
• Asante may decline to schedule non-emergent or elective care for ATRIO members in 2026.
• If Asante does provide non-emergent or elective services, ATRIO will apply in-network cost-share for those approved services.
