BeneLynk replacing Centauri

Beginning March 1, 2025, ATRIO Health Plans will be moving our Medicaid dual status and LIS recertification vendor from Centauri to BeneLynk.

We have teamed up with BeneLynk to help connect members with available resources that can help address their social and/or financial needs, such as access to food, housing or transportation, financial assistance and assistance with maintaining Medicaid eligibility where applicable. BeneLynk is a team of Care Advocates who work alongside ATRIO Health Plans to help ensure our members get the benefits to which they are entitled.  

BeneLynk will reach out to members who have lost their Medicaid dual status or LIS to help them reapply. Additionally, ATRIO has partnered with BeneLynk to identify our members who are veterans and have previously used or currently use Veterans Affairs (VA) for their health care. This information will give us a better understanding of how veterans use and receive care and help us to provide better coordination of care and improve veteran member programs.
 

Eligible members may receive a letter from ATRIO Health Plans asking them to sign and return an Authorization of Assistance (AOA) form. This form gives BeneLynk permission to work on behalf of the member with the state Medicaid agency to assist the member with enrolling in or maintaining their Medicaid. This is separate from Agent of Record (AOR) and has no impact on the AOR.   

Once BeneLynk connects with the members, they will interview them to determine their needs and screen for eligibility in programs. They will assist them through the Medicaid application process, monitor their status and submit appeals if needed. They will also assess the members’ needs and barriers and provide access and enrollment support into public and private programs.

Agents can refer members to BeneLynk if a member has lost their Medicaid or has other needs that fall outside of their insurance, you can refer a member to BeneLynk. Send an email to DSNPCM@atriohp.com
