Dear ATRIO Agents,

We want to inform you of a recent change affecting our provider network. As of now, Salem Gastroenterology is no longer an in-network provider. We understand the impact this may have on some of our members, and we worked diligently to maintain this relationship, even considering terms that were less favorable to ATRIO, but despite our best efforts, we were unable to reach an agreement.

We do want to reassure you that our plans are PPOs, so members still have the option to receive care at Salem Gastroenterology as an out-of-network provider if Salem Gastroenterology agrees to see them on that basis. For those members currently undergoing a specific course of treatment, our Customer Service team is available to help with continuation of care plan to ensure they receive uninterrupted support.

Please refer to our provider directory for alternative in-network GI providers who are ready to assist our members with their care needs. We are hoping that in the future we may once again be able to partner with Salem Gastroenterology.
