ATRIO would like to ensure a smooth transition for our previously enrolled D-SNP members who were auto-enrolled into a PDP for a 1/1/2025 effective date. We want to provide guidance for submitting applications during OEP for those who would like to re-enroll back with ATRIO Health Plans:

• Application Code: For members dropped to a stand-alone PDP plan due to the D-SNP plan no longer being available, use the code “EOC” when submitting applications.

• Deadline: These members must select a new plan by February 28, 2025.
