Subject: Important Commission Update for Nevada Agents

Dear Nevada Agents,
We want to inform you of some upcoming changes to commissions for ATRIO Health Plans
in Carson City, Churchill, Douglas, Lyon, Storey and Washoe Counties, effective January 1,
2025.

Key Changes:
Commission Rate: Beginning January 1, 2025 for all plan effective dates, commissions for
MAPD and MA ONLY plans will be $50 per new enrollment and $50 per year for a plan
renewal.

Impacted Plans:

- H7006 017 ATRIO Freedom (PPO) Churchill, Douglas, Lyon, Carson City, Storey

- H7006 015 ATRIO Select Rx (PPO) Churchill, Douglas, Lyon, Carson City, Storey

- H7006 016 Saint Mary's ATRIO Freedom (PPO) Washoe

- H7006 010 Saint Mary's ATRIO Choice Rx (PPO) Washoe

Additional Details:
- Overrides: Overrides will not be paid beginning January 1, 2025 for all plan effective dates.
