What you need to know about application status

Wondering how to check the status of your submitted applications or if agent action is needed for a pended application? Look no further than these key reminders. 

1. Track your applications’ statuses in EvolveNXT on the Application Status Simply search using the submission date range. 

• What should I do if an application is “Pended”? Review status if application is missing member signature, unsubmitted app info, unsubmitted benefit information, etc. The most common reason an application is pending is because it is still processing and requires no action from you. However, if an application does need action, the status will tell you what you should do so the application is not denied.
  
  

• How do I submit missing information? If your application is missing information, click on the hyperlink if any action is needed under the Status and you will be redirected to the app on EvolveNXT to submit the required information and or resend eSignature if it’s needed.
